The company operates through three segments: Intelligent Devices, Software & Control, and Lifecycle Services. These segments offer a range of products and services, including control systems, software, and consulting, aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and productivity. ● Insider Buying/Selling: Insider Buying/Selling: There has been significant insider selling but we don’t put a lot of emphasis on selling as insiders are natural sellers due to a lot of stock based compensation. Rockwell has also been a standout performer and it would be naive not to take some profits. ● Recent News: Rockwell reported: Revenue up 12% year-over-year. Organic sales up 9% Adjusted EPS of $3.30, well above expectations/Raised full-year guidance for: ○ Organic sales growth to 5–9% ○ Adjusted EPS to $12.50–$13.10 Management highlighted particularly strong demand from: Data center, Semiconductor manufacturing, Warehouse automation, and Energy projects Those are exactly the industries investors currently want exposure to. ● Our Thesis: We identified Rockwell early on as a primary beneficiary of the current administration’s desire to bring back manufacturing jobs back to the U.S. We believe the only way this could happen is with intense automation to compete against lower wages abroad. Rockwell is the beneficiary of two secular tailwinds, reshoring and AI automation. It’s been a steady winner for us and a long term hold.”
