Deutsche Telekom - June 2026
“Trading Activity Trading activity over the quarter centred on selective primary market participation and relative value switches. In financials, we switched into a new Lloyds Tier 2 bond where valuation was attractive versus our existing subordinated exposure, participated in a new issue from Investec after the deal came with a healthy premium, and extended our position in short-dated Santander bonds for an attractive spread pick-up. Outside financials, we added a new position in Westfield Stratford, supported by its BREEAM “excellent” rating and ongoing energy performance initiatives, funding the purchase from Deutsche Telekom.”
