Criteo - September 2025

“While many of our top holdings have near-term headwinds, we are increasingly constructive on the investment set-up. Three of these investments, Kirby Corp (KEX), Hub Group, Inc. (HUBG), and Criteo SA (CRTO) are all facing near-term challenges, but have strong balance sheets, good competitive positions, free cash flow yields in or approaching double digit levels on below normalized earnings, and management teams that are actively allocating free cash flow toward share repurchases and/or attractive M&A opportunities.”
